DRIVER MENTORING - Technical Training

• Once the series or championship is decided we can provide detailed tutoring in specific technical aspects relevant to a better engineering understanding of the car. This will enable better driver - engineer communication. Basic vehicle dynamics will never go out of fashion, and it can be a short-cut to a better set-up.
   
• Milldent will liaise with the team engineers to ensure alignment of methods and techniques, including radio protocol, pit board configuration, terminology and the team's own expectations of driver input.
   
• Ensure sporting regulations are thoroughly learnt and understood including race stoppages and pace cars.
   
• Tutoring in the specific data system to allow better access to available logged information.
   
• Having a personal mentor with technical knowledge and wide experience will enable the driver to be able to sound out ideas of his own without exposing them straight to his engineer and team, building confidence in the driver to assert his role in the team, which is especially important in the higher categories.
